Removal support is not the same as validating a credential

JPEGThe cleaner recognizes supported C2PA/JUMBF application structures and removes them in cleaning modes that target provenance metadata.
PNGRecognized C2PA container chunks are removable while image-data chunks remain in the payload-verification scope.
WebPRecognized provenance structures can be removed while visual and animation chunks remain part of the scoped payload comparison.
Verification boundarymetadata.click does not currently validate signatures, trust chains, ingredient assertions or whether a credential was issued by the depicted creator.
