metadata.click

About the independent project

Image metadata claims should come with boundaries and evidence.

metadata.click builds local-first tools for inspecting, cleaning, verifying and preparing image files. The project publishes its support data and explains where metadata processing stops instead of promising a platform outcome it cannot control.

Operating principles

Private by architecture. Specific in its claims.

Public evidence

The Metadata Lab contains the current methodology, conformance results, source specifications, known limits and citation files. It is the canonical source for technical product claims. The same public release is mirrored in the metadata-click-lab GitHub repository.

Business model

Single-file privacy and readiness tools are intended to remain free. Commercial value is planned around repeat client-delivery jobs: reusable policies, batch packaging and structured manifests. A paid offer is not active until checkout and fulfillment terms are connected.
